One of the more famous natural wonders that exist in Terengganu is the infamous “La Hot Spring” in Besut Terengganu.
Located about 2 hours drive from the center of Kuala Terengganu City, the hot spring has been famous for its “locally-claimed” miraculous healing properties.
Naturally occuring underground, and slowly seeping up to the surface – La Hot Spring is a favourite hang-out spot for locals and tourists alike, from all walks of life.
Dip yourself in the warm, soothing water for 30 minutes, and you will feel energized, as if recharged after a long day at work. Or maybe on the road. Or where ever you might have come from, the hot spring will soothe and calm the most tired of souls.
Located off the town of Jerteh, Terengganu, you can find the exact location here down below (just click on the map and it’ll prompt up a location tag)
As of the time of writing (March 2020), zero admission fee is charged to visitors. As the place is a local state park, under the local agency management, as of today, the hot spring is still 100% free to go in.
